Meditation 
 
         This section will offer five types of meditation that might be selected for a 5-minute commitment sadhana practice.  Start with 5 minutes, and, down the road, decide whether you want to continue with the commitment.  You can expand it as feels right to you, and see where it takes you -- how it develops you.  The types of meditation that are given here are: Dhyana, Zazen, Guided Fantasy, Tarot Card, and Colour Meditation
