Sa-Ta-Na-Ma

This is simply an expansion of Sat Nam, which means “Truth is His Name”. The syllables are all tantric, and are pronounced Sah Tah Nah Mah, giving about three beats per

syllable. It is given on the devotional recording for Lord Brahma. Yogi Bhajan, from whom I got the chant, recommended chanting it for 5 minutes at a time.
